125win Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using 125win's services. By registering or using our platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 125win via https://125win.bet or our mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 125win platform. Continued use of our platform following any amendments to the terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
These terms apply only to individuals aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by underage individuals is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in breach of this requirement will be closed immediately.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to register only one (1) account with 125win. Multiple account registrations by the same individual constitute a breach of terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration details, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.
- Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any third party.
- Notify 125win immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- All activity that occurs through your account — whether to your knowledge or not — remains your responsibility unless and until you report it to our support team.
125win reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, including copies of valid identification documents, to ensure account security and meet compliance requirements.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
125win users agree to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and must not engage in any activity that:
- Violating any applicable Malaysian laws or local regulations.
- Cheating, misrepresenting, or manipulating the platform's systems, games, or payment mechanisms.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from 125win.
- Disrupting the operation of the platform or the servers running 125win's services.
- Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of third parties.
- Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial activity through the platform.
125win reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding associated balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 125win platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include GrabPay, Touch 'n Go, FPX, and interbank transfers from approved local banks.
Important payment information:
- Minimum deposit: Depending on the method selected, the minimum deposit amount is as displayed in your account interface at the time of the transaction.
- Deposit processing time: Deposits via GrabPay and Touch 'n Go are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the bank's operating hours.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days upon completion of the required identity verification. 125win reserves the right to hold withdrawals that require further review to ensure compliance with our terms.
- Bonus-related winnings: Winnings generated using bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without first meeting those requirements.
- Tax: Users are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations relating to their winnings under applicable Malaysian law.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
125win provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or suited to your specific requirements.
To the extent permitted by law, 125win shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
- Losses caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or problems with the user's device.
- Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment service providers, that are beyond our control.
- Content or services provided by third-party websites or platforms that may be linked from our platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
125win reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document.
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or any unlawful activity involving an account.
- Registering with false or inaccurate information.
- The requirement to comply with directives from the relevant authorities.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, balances associated with the suspected activity may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation. 125win will notify the user of the investigation's outcome via the registered email address.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, graphics, software, and text on the 125win platform are the exclusive property of 125win or its respective licensors and are protected under intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational convenience. 125win is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Such links do not imply our endorsement or approval of the linked content.
125win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the competent courts of Malaysia.
